This site has no forms, no cookies, no ads and no tracking. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your browser's request for them. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.
Calls we answer for businesses
When a business uses Sundown Desk, calls to its forwarded line are answered by an AI receptionist and are recorded and transcribed. We use the caller's details, such as name, number, address and the problem, only to pass the job to that business. The recordings, transcripts and summaries are sent to the business and kept with the voice and phone providers we use to run the service.
We keep them only as long as we need them to provide the service, and we delete them when the business or the caller asks us to.
Texts
We may send one text to someone who just called a business and couldn't be helped on the call. We never send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the business you called and with the providers that run the calls and texts for us.
